Edward C. Donahue is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years of Public Accounting and Governmental audit experience. He graduated in 1964 from Bentley College in Waltham, MA, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree. Shortly thereafter he passed the CPA examination. In 1975 he founded his own tax practice after having been a manager of a staff of governmental auditors. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and of the Tax Division of the AICPA. He leads seminars on tax saving strategies to professional groups. Edward C. Donahue participated in the AICPA Quality Review Program and has passed the Quality Review Audit of the AICPA.

Jeff Donahue - Son of Ed Donahue, Jeff has grown up learning about accounting and taxes. Jeff graduated from the Bentley College with a BS in Accounting in 1994 and is a CPA. Jeff has been with Donahue & Associates since 1994. Jeff specializes in Individual and Corporate taxes and accounting.

Michael Whaley - Mike graduated from Bentley College in 1964 with a BS in Accounting. Mike is a CPA and has been working with Donahue & Associates since 1974. Mike specializes in Individual and Corporate Taxes.

Jim Morin - Jim has been with Donahue & Associates since 1987. Prior to Joining Donahue & Associates, Jim worked with the IRS for 13 years. Jim specializes in Small Business and Individual Taxes.

Paul Clifford - Paul has spent many years working as a Managing Auditor with the Defense Contract Audit Agency. Paul specializes in government procurement issues as well as Individual Taxes.

David Weinburg - David graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BS in Accounting in 1965. David has 38 years of Accounting and Tax experience and specializes in Individual Income Taxes. David has been with Donahue & Associates since 1987.

Anne Marie Mclaughlin - Anne-Marie is a graduate of Bentley College. In addition to her expertise as an Individual Tax Preparer, she is also a Certified Financial Planner. Anne-Marie has been with Donahue & Associates for since 1991.

Ron Fuccillo - Ron received a degree in accounting from Boston College in 1962; he also holds a Masters in Supervision and Management from Central Michigan University. He joined Donahue and Associates in 2004, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in defense contractors for the U.S. Department of Defense. Ron specializes in government procurement and accounting as well as individual taxes.
